To submit the final camera-ready paper, please follow the following steps - different for Springer and Trauner proceedings:

Submission of Completed Research papers for Springer LNCS

1. FINAL PAPER: Please submit the files belonging to your camera-ready paper using your EasyChair author account. Follow the instructions after the login for uploading two files:
   • either a zipped file containing all your LaTeX sources or a Word file in the RTF format, and
   • PDF version of your camera-ready paper.

The page limit of 12 pages is strict. If your paper exceeds this limit, an extra fee of 50 EUR per page is to be paid on registration. Please follow strictly the author instructions of Springer-Verlag when preparing the final version:

Once data processing is finished, Springer-Verlag will contact all corresponding authors and ask them to check their papers. We expect this to happen shortly before the printing of the proceedings (early-mid June 2011). At that time your quick interaction with Springer-Verlag will be greatly appreciated.

2. COPYRIGHT: Please upload a signed and completed copyright form to your easychair author account as soon as possible. The IFIP Springer copyright form can be found at
   

   http://www.springer.com/series/6102. Please note that for IFIP, a different copyright form is needed than the usual LNCS copyright form of Springer (it is IFIP AICT)!

   It is sufficient for one of the authors to sign the copyright form. You can scan the form into PDF or any other standard image format and upload it to easychair. If you cannot scan the signed form please fax it to the fax number 0049 261 287 100 2646 instead.

3. REGISTRATION TO CONFERENCE: At least one author must be registered to EGOV 2011 by 31th May 2011 and have paid the registration fee. Online registration is activated at the conference website - see http://www.egov-conference.org/egov-2011/conference-fees.

   Please note that the paper will not be published if a) none of the authors is registered and/or b) the registration fee is not paid on time.

Submission of Ongoing Research or Projects Papers for Trauner Druck

1. FINAL PAPER: Please submit the files belonging to your camera-ready paper using your EasyChair author account. Follow the instructions after the login for uploading two files:
   • either a zipped file containing all your Word file in the RTF format, and
   • PDF version of your camera-ready paper.

The page limit of 8 pages is strict. If your paper exceeds this limit, an extra fee of 20 EUR per page is to be paid on registration. Please follow strictly the author instructions of Trauner Druck when preparing the final version. A template for the format in Trauner Druck is available here.

2. COPYRIGHT: Please upload a signed and completed copyright form to your easychair author account as soon as possible. The Trauner Druck copyright form can be found here (word file). If you prefer pdf, please use this link.It is sufficient for one of the authors to sign the copyright form. You can scan the form into PDF or any other standard image format and upload it to easychair. If you cannot scan the signed form please fax it to the fax number 0049 261 287 100 2646 instead.
