Registration & Hotel reservation

Conference Fees

Converters (such as Currency Converter - Yahoo!) help converting these rates to other currencies, such as CHF and US Dollars.

It should be noted that, as IFIP EGOV and ePart 2011 are co-located like in the past, there is a common registration with the IFIP ePart conference. Hence, the IFIP EGOV registration is also valid for the ePart conference.

Online Registration

Click here for the online registration form. Conference participants can register online. Registration covers conference registration, hotel reservation and registration of additional pages of papers (both, for Springer and Trauner proceedings).

The possibility of one-day registrations will be opened ony starting on 15th July. Authors of conference papers are not entitled to register only for one day.

Banking and Booking Payments can be made by credit card or by bank transfer.

In case of payment by direct bank transfer, payments must be made in EURO (€) to the following bank:

Please note that all bank costs must be paid by your bank. On your bank transfer, please mention EGOV 2011, GF 2151, in case of authors the paper number(s) you register for, and the participant’s name.

Hotel registration

For EGOV 2011 and ePart 2011, special hotel prices have been agreed if you book your hotel room together with your conference registration via the  online registration form (https://www.eventure-online.com/eventure/welcome.do?type=participant&congress=19_2151). Hotel prices include breakfast. The city tax is not included (approx. € 2,- per person, per night).

To guarantee your hotel reservation, a hotel deposit of € 100 is required and will be charged together with the registration fee. The hotel deposit will be deducted from your hotel bill when checking out. You will be notified by the EGOV/ePart 2011 Congress Office in case the hotel of your choice is not available anymore.

If you want to change your hotel reservation or make an (additional) hotel booking after you have already submitted your registration you will be invoiced for € 10 administration costs.

Welcome Reception

Price: Included in full conference registration fee and students' fees;

Conference dinner

Date: Wednesday 31 August 2011
Time: 18.30 – 22.00 hours
Location: Stadsherberg de Mol, Molslaan 104, Delft
Price: Included in full conference registration fee;
Not included in one-day registrations- can be booked extra

 

Registration and Cancellation Policies for EGOV/ePart 2011

Cancellation: If authors registered cancel their registration, the registration fee will not be refunded. Other registered participants may cancel their registration until 15th July 2011. A cancellation fee of € 100 will be charged. The rest of the registration fee as well as the hotel deposit will be refunded after the conference. For cancellations received after 15 July 2011, no refund of registration fee and social events will take place.

Refund of a hotel deposit is possible until two (2) weeks before arrival. If you need to cancel or change your hotel reservation, please inform the EGOV/ePart 2011 Congress Office immediately, as participants will be invoiced for non-occupancy of reserved rooms. Cancellations must be done in writing (e-mail, regular mail or fax).

Liability: The Organising Committee cannot accept any responsibility for personal accidents or damage to private property of the participants. Participants are advised to make their own insurance agreements, as they consider necessary. The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the hosting of the conference be hindered or prevented by unforeseen political or economic events or by force majeure, or should non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate program changes. By his/her registration, the participant accepts this provision.
