EGOV 2011 - HOME

The tenth conference on electronic government will be held in Delft, The Netherlands. This conference brings together the top of the scientific research community in e‐government from all over the world. The conference provides a highly interactive and professional forum for exchanging research concepts, progress and results.

As in the past, IFIP EGOV will feature refereed paper presentations, invited keynote presentations, high‐level discussion panels, workshops and a PhD Colloquium.

Please find the following information for EGOV 2011:

In 2011, the IFIP e-government conference is colocated with ePart, the new International Conference on eParticipation, which is dedicated to topics on eParticipation and eDemocracy. ePart is held in parallel tracks to the IFIP e-government conference .

A PhD Colloquium will be held as well.

We experience another year of successful discussion and networking among eGovernment and eParticipation researchers and practitioners.

Announcements of future conferences of IFIP's WG 8.5:

Next year's conferences will take place in Kristiansand, Norway. The dates are 2-6 September, 2012. Please note that in order not to overlap too much with EGPA conference, the plenary opening of EGOV and ePart will take place on Monday, 3rd September 2012. Workshops and panels will therefore be scheduled on Thursday, 6th September.

We are pleased to announce future tentative locations of the IFIP e-government conference, together with the ePart conference as follows: Koblenz (Germany), a Greek Island, Dublin (Ireland), Egypt. The order of the latter locations is not yet settled.
