e-Participation will be at the heart of debates at the World eDemocracy Forum 2008, which will take place 16 – 17 October in Issy-les-Moulineaux (France). Debates will mainly deal with European issues imminent through the French presidency of the European Union and the Franco-German ICT year. The Forum has also scheduled sessions on e-Petition and other e-Participatory mechanisms and experiences.
