The knowledge base on ICT usage of immigrants and ethnic minorities is poorly developed and portrays different pictures. Although there is a prevailing view that immigrants and ethnic minorities face particular problems in accessing and using ICTs, this assertion is by no means supported by the evidence. The workshop will explore several key themes related to eInclusion and immigration in the EU, which will be illustrated with relevant case studies presentations and interactive discussion groups. It takes place on 13^th November 2008 in Brussels, Belgium.
