DG.O 2009 is organized by the Digital Government Society of North America on 17-20 May 2009 in Puebla, Mexico. It carries the focal topic “Social Networks: Making Connections between Citizens, Data & Government". The annual dg.o conferences provide a forum in which people interested in improving the citizen-government interface in all relevant aspects - social sciences, information technology, government practice, commercial interest, social interest groups - come together to share ideas, learn about the latest developments, and re-affirm friendships and contacts.
