ICT 2008 is organized by the European Commission and will take place this year 25 – 27 November in Lyon, France. The event brings together leading experts and visionaries from academia, governments and ICT industry. This year’s key foci are the “I”s to the future - invention, innovation, and impact - span across themes in the next call of framework programme 7 of the EC. Topics are amongst others Europe's role in shaping the future internet, ICT's contribution to advancing the sustainability agenda and alternative research paths for future ICT components and systems. Two networking sessions invite you to discuss “Policy modelling and simulation” and “eGovernance and eParticipation”.
