HICSS 2010 - Track on eGovernment
The annual Hawaii International Conferences on System Sciences (HICSS) are one of the longest-standing continuously running scientific conferences. The Track on Electronic Government as a multidisciplinary research domain studies the use of ICT in the context of public policy making (electronic governance), government operations (management, organization, infrastructure, interoperability, security, citizen engagement (e-participation and digital democracy), and government services (inbound and outbound). For years, HICSS has featured groundbreaking studies and new ideas in E-Government, including a minitrack specifically dedicated to emerging topics and technologies.
