DESCRIPTION:The Europe-based Annual International IFIP e-government co
 nference is one of three core conferences\, which present the state of
  the art in the study domains of eGovernment and eGovernance. Over the
  years\, through the organisation of its Europe-based conferences\, th
 e EGOV community has provided important guidance for research and deve
 lopment in this fast-moving domain of study. We seek innovative and sc
 holarly sound contributions. Accepted papers of completed research wil
 l be published in Springer lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS). O
 ngoing research and project papers will be published in Trauner procee
 dings.
